To ensure that I am able to maintain the code licenese in the best way I see fit, I ask that any contributions to the main Buddi code from third party developers are assigned copyright to me. Of course, Buddi plugins are not subject to this restriction.

In addition, certain libraries used in Buddi are released under their own license terms, as listed below.

Quaqua

Quaqua source code, documentation and binaries are subject to the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL).

Alternatively, this software may be used under the terms of the Modified BSD License.

Third party software used by the Quaqua Look and Feel come with their own license restrictions.

You may not use or disclose this software except in compliance with these license term.

JFreeChart

JFreeChart is open source, and is distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License. A copy of the LGPL can be found in the Licenses folder.

SwingX

SwingX is copyright Sun Microsystems Inc. and Contributors, and is released under the LGPL.
